About Dlicom

Dlicom is a Web3 / SocialFi platform building a new layer for encrypted communication, decentralized social interaction, creator monetization, and wallet-based participation.

The product combines private messaging and calls, a self-custody multi-chain wallet, DliClips, Web3 browser, EVM tipping, creator tools, and the $DLI ecosystem on Base. Dlicom is already live across mobile platforms, with an active community, presale traction, and a growing ecosystem around creators, users, and Web3-native participation.

We are now looking for a strong operator to lead the personal brand growth of the Founder of Dlicom.

This is not a basic social media role. We are looking for someone who understands founder-led growth, Web3 PR, crypto Twitter, LinkedIn, media booking, podcast placements, X Spaces, AMAs, collaborations, thought leadership, and high-quality content execution.

The Mission

Your mission is to turn the Founder’s personal brand into a strong public asset for Dlicom.

This means helping position the Founder as a credible voice across Web3, SocialFi, fintech, crypto, consumer products, and startup ecosystems. The goal is not simply to publish content. The goal is to build visibility, authority, trust, network, and a consistent public presence around both the Founder and Dlicom.

You will shape how the Founder shows up publicly, what narratives are built around him, how his ideas are translated into content, and how his presence creates real opportunities for the company.

What You’ll Own

You will own the Founder’s personal brand direction across key channels and public-facing opportunities, including Twitter / X, LinkedIn, podcasts, interviews, X Spaces, AMAs, founder features, Web3 media, collaborations, and potentially Instagram, Facebook, or other relevant platforms.

This includes defining the Founder’s positioning, tone of voice, narrative pillars, content calendar, thought leadership angles, market opinions, founder story, Dlicom-related messaging, and public visibility strategy.

We do not need someone who waits for tasks or only helps with posts. We need someone who can take responsibility for the Founder’s public presence and move the process forward every week. You should be able to propose ideas, create content, extract thoughts from the Founder, organize media opportunities, follow up with partners and hosts, prepare the Founder for public appearances, track performance, and improve the strategy based on results.

This is an ownership role, not a support role.

Founder Extraction & Content Creation

A major part of this role is turning the Founder’s thinking into strong public content.

You should be comfortable working with voice notes, calls, rough ideas, short messages, interviews, internal discussions, product updates, and market opinions — then transforming them into sharp, natural, founder-led content.

That content may include Twitter / X posts, threads, LinkedIn posts, long-form founder notes, essays, article drafts, interview answers, podcast talking points, X Spaces briefs, AMA scripts, media quotes, event talking points, and thought leadership articles.

Strong English writing is mandatory. The content must sound human, confident, and Web3-native. It should not feel generic, corporate, over-polished, or AI-generated.
