About Dlicom
Dlicom is building a consumer SocialFi product and is looking for a senior BD/Partnerships lead who can unlock growth through real relationships and high-impact deals.
This is not a “logo collection” role. We need someone who can turn partnerships into outcomes: distribution, product leverage, liquidity support, and long-term strategic positioning.
Role Summary:
You will work closely with the founders and own partnerships end-to-end: using existing connections to move fast, while also consistently building new relationships across the market.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead Dlicom’s global partnerships strategy and execute it hands-on. • Use your existing network to open doors quickly, and build a steady pipeline of new strategic relationships • Source, negotiate, and close partnerships with top Web3 projects, protocols, and platforms. • Drive product-focused partnerships and integrations that strengthen Dlicom’s roadmap (wallets, identity/reputation, data/indexing, DeFi rails, incentives, community tooling). • Build relationships with CEXs, DEXs, launchpads • and liquidity partners to support growth and launches. • Develop KOL, affiliate, and community partnerships for distribution and campaigns. • Represent Dlicom at key industry events and partner meetings. The role is remote, with periodic travel (Dubai + international events, including the US).
What We’re Looking For:
• 5+ years in BD/Partnerships in Web3, crypto, DeFi, or related infrastructure. • A proven track record closing meaningful partnerships (not just intros). • A strong network across Base ecosystem and broader Web3 (protocols, founders, ecosystem teams, communities). • Existing relationships and deal experience with exchanges (CEX), DEXs, and launchpads is a major plus. • Comfortable operating with founders/C-level and representing the project externally. • Strong understanding of Web3 distribution, partnerships, and incentives. • Fluent English.
Nice to Have:
• Experience with SocialFi, wallets, messaging apps, or consumer Web3 products. • Strong relationships with Tier-1 KOLs, launch partners, or ecosystem programs. • Experience building affiliate/referral partnerships.
